Is It Safe To Live in A Container During The Rainy Season?

Residential containers are widely used, and many cities have residential containers. The amount of precipitation varies depending on where the residential container is built. Still, no matter where it is located, the safety of the residential container in the rainy season is guaranteed.
1. Infrastructure construction can ensure drainage capacity during the rainy season. It should be noted that the construction height and strength of the foundation should consider the rainfall in the rainy season in the construction site to avoid rainwater entering the room due to untimely drainage.
2. The roof of each layer has been strengthened to prevent leakage. The top corners of the box body are connected in pairs to ensure the overall stability of the container. The joints of the box frame are treated to prevent leakage, and waterproof tape is applied after filling with glue.
3. The internal drainage system of each residential container has been improved. There are sewers at the four corners of each residential container, which pass directly through the lower part from the top corner. Rainwater first flows from the roof tiles into the upper beam trough and then flows into the sewer. Prevent indoor water leakage caused by insufficient drainage after rain.
4. There are protective coatings on the main frame and the outside of the wall to prevent rust and safety hazards. The main frame of the chassis is made of galvanized steel plates. After welding, the surface is painted. The double protection measures not only ensure the safety of the residential container but also ensure the service life of the residential container.
5. Install a flashing channel at the connection between the wall panel and the bottom frame of the box. The flashing channel can prevent rainwater from penetrating into the room from the lower end of the wall panel and also facilitates the rainwater on the wall panel to flow out from the holes of the flashing channel.
