Precautions For Installation And Transportation Of The Folding Container House

1.When unloading

Be careful not to scratch the glue off the roof when unloading folding container house.

When unloading, the four corners are also easy to knock off the paint. Please refer to the unloading video.

Avoiding touching the glue and white paint.

2. Before installation

Because it is easy to cause the waterproof glue of the roof to fall off during transportation.

So be sure to add more glue on roof before open the foldable container house. Please reference my picture. The red part around and in the middle of the roof.

Please put more glue on red color area. Especially in the part with nails on the roof, add more glue.Don't afraid the glue is not good-looking.

If you apply more glue, the roof of the prefab house won't leak rain.

Remove the angle steel of the wheel before installing the folding container house. This is for goods loading form container. After unloading that is no use for house, easy to cause the container house rust because it is black angle steel. 

Unscrew the screws in five red places and you can remove them.

3. When installation

The location of the folding container house is suitable for installation on flat cement, brick and land. Do not look for uneven low ground.

Follow the steps in the video to install.

4. After installation

All red gaps need add many glue.

In particular, the gap part of the folding of the house needs more glue. Otherwise, it is easy to leak air and water.

In this way, rainwater and windy will not enter the container room through the folding gap.

Windows round the red area need glue too.

Because this red color area is White color painted.

So After installation，Please use the white painting put more on these white coner .  

Because in this way when meet rain , steel not easy to rust.

So，in conclusion, the most important thing is to apply glue before roof installation. Glue other gaps after installation.

All white painted areas shall be add more white color painted .

Especially where the white paint fell off during installation

After that, let the house dry for three days. This will dry the glue and paint. 

In this way, the foldable container house will be stronger in case of heavy rain.
