Support System Of Disc Scaffold

The support system of the disc-buckle scaffold is mainly composed of a vertical rod with a disc, scaffold a horizontal rod with a plug, an oblique support with an oblique plug, a starting rod, a tripod, a wedge pin, scaffold etc. Vertical pole: usually use Q345 material φ48×3.25 shelf tube for hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion treatment, scaffold design according to the length, welding a disc every 0.5 meters, scaffold with a connecting rod at one end. Horizontal rod: usually use Q235 φ48×2.75 shelf tube for hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion treatment, design according to length, scaffold welding plug at both ends.

Inclined support: usually use Q235 material φ48×2.75 shelf tube for hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion treatment,scaffold design according to the length, welding oblique plugs at both ends. Starting rod: There is a disc welded on it,scaffold which connects the adjustable bottom support and the vertical rod. Tripod: used for extension platform support,scaffold used for scaffolding system. Disc: Generally 8mm or 10mm thick, made of Q235B steel plate,scaffold and hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment. Wedge pins: used to lock plugs, oblique plugs and discs. Oblique plug: Use a wedge pin to clamp on the large hole of the disc.

Plug: Use a wedge-shaped pin to clamp on the small hole of the disc. Adjustable bottom bracket: used to adjust the vertical height. Step ladders and handrails: used to connect the upper and lower floors to facilitate workers' walking. The handrails play a safety role and are mainly used in disc-buckle scaffolding systems.
