The Safety Of Living Container Houses in The Rainy Season
Today, living container houses are widely used, and many cities are using container mobile homes. Although there are differences in rainfall in different construction locations of living container houses, no matter where they are built, living container houses are safe during the rainy season.
1. The construction of the foundation can ensure the drainage performance of the ground in the rainy season. It should be noted that the construction height and strength of the foundation must take into account the rainfall at the construction site during the rainy season to prevent rainwater from entering the room due to untimely drainage.
2. Each layer of the roof has reinforced anti-leakage treatment. The top corners of the box are connected by connectors to ensure the overall stability of the container mobile house; the joints of the box frame are leak-proof, first filled with tape, and then pasted with waterproof tape.
3. The internal drainage system of each container activity room is perfect. The four corners of each container mobile home are equipped with downspouts, from the top corner to the bottom corner. Rainwater will flow from the roof tiles into the roof beam grooves and then into the downspouts. Avoid indoor water leakage caused by untimely drainage when the rain is heavy.
4. The exterior of the main frame and wall has a protective layer to prevent potential safety hazards caused by rust. The main frame of the box house is made of galvanized steel sheets, and the exterior is painted after welding. The double-layer protection not only ensures the safety of the container mobile home but also ensures the service life of the container mobile home.
5. A flashing tank is installed at the connection between the wall panel and the bottom frame of the box body. The existence of the gutter not only prevents rainwater from penetrating into the room from the lower end of the wallboard but also helps the rainwater on the wallboard to flow out along the holes of the gutter.
